WB Panchayat Election 2023: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has constituted an inquiry committee of five women MPs to investigate the alleged violence against women during the panchayat elections in West Bengal. p>

The party said in a statement, ‘‘BJP President JP Nadda has pointed out the atrocities on women in the panchayat elections in West Bengal and the   The party has formed an inquiry committee of women MPs to probe the violence.’’

BJP party said in a statement that this committee will visit the violence-hit areas of West Bengal. Will especially interact with women affected by violence. The probe committee will soon submit its report to the BJP president.

Mamata Banerjee had made this claim
